Tecumseh TKD offers a 3 1/2 hour Adults program, as well as the 2 1/2 hour FAST C.A.T.S. , Children's Assertiveness Training Series, for kids between 6 adn 15 years of age.

FAST Defense program, was developed in the United States by Bill Kipp who has been teaching self-defense and assertiveness training in America and abroad for 17 years. A former US Marine Special Forces Anti-Terrorism expert and veteran martial artist of over 30 years, Mr. Kipp founded Model Mugging of Colorado and now trains FAST Defense instructor teams for martial arts schools worldwide. His acclaimed children’s program, FAST C.A.T.S. has been adopted by NAPMA (National Association Professional Martial Artists) to be taught in schools throughout North America.
